Refund policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your size is unavailable, we will issue a refund. There are no restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@merovine.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed. Please contact us right away at support@merovine.com.
